I went to the gym for the first time in forever today and I had no fucking idea on what I was doing.

My form was shit and I only ended up training side delts and biceps

Did
3x12 Side lateral raises
3x12 Bicep curls
10 Minute Cardio at end of workout

Holy fuck now that I see it looks horrid someone put me on a training regiment

Do Push pull legs, if you don’t know what specific exercises to do I can dm you a more specific routine but basically
Chest+Tris, back+biceps, shoulders+legs then rest. Repeat.

I read this guide while at the gym most of the workouts you listed where machines and I completely avoided them didn’t want to look like a fucking dumbass touching then
just look up youtube videos on how to use the specific machine

also nobody gives a fuck unless you try and use a chest press with your feet and i doubt youre that stupid so try to worry about it less
