And I need help. How can I change like some did ? I saw many transformations that are surprsing, with changes that are amazing.

Is this just puberty ?

What should I do ? Kill myself jfl ?


I am severely depressed, insane and very dangerous.

Its just that Im lost because idk where to start with looksmaxxing, a skincare wont change much its not just about skincare, I should work out but my SEVERE acne destroyed my confidence that was always low even when I had a clear skin.

Im only 16 so it may not be over.
