Need help urgently

Have had a pimple looking thing on my nose for close to 2 years now. It started as a pimple and I tried to pop it but it just never went away after that. I got to the dermatologist to get it removed come to find out it’s not a pimple it’s just an air pocket. How do I get rid of it help me now please.

if it's an air pocket not sure what you can do maybe get a filler or fat transference. if it's a combination of fat, muscle and tissue then you need to get it removed before it goes deeper into your skin

How would I go about finding a surgeon for this and how much would it cost ?

i mean if it's just an air pocket you can just laser fix it at a dermatologist. air pockets can easily be fixed by cutting into them or making a small incision next to them
