Need help with my diet.

First thread, I’m trying to get a good diet for building muscle.
-I’m 180cm barefoot
-165-180 pounds (lowkey scared to get on a scale until I see vast body improvements. :feelswhy:)

Diet currently-
176g protien
192g carbohydrates
1800 calories (this is my main concern)

I’ve lost some weight but I don’t want to be a skinny cuck so I’m wondering how much to increase it by. (so I’m still loosing weight but at a slower rate)
 
I’m eating chicken and rice and 2 protein shakes (60g each)
So no more calories you think?
You're new around here so I'll cut you some slack. But if you want advice you gotta press that little white thumb on my replies.

Your diets fine dude, just focus more on god's food. Meaning real food that's non processed, try switching rice for potatoes every once in a while. Godspeed mate.
