First thread, I’m trying to get a good diet for building muscle.
-I’m 180cm barefoot
-165-180 pounds (lowkey scared to get on a scale until I see vast body improvements.
)
Diet currently-
176g protien
192g carbohydrates
1800 calories (this is my main concern)
I’ve lost some weight but I don’t want to be a skinny cuck so I’m wondering how much to increase it by. (so I’m still loosing weight but at a slower rate)
