need help with science project

theoretically how would someone die from carbon monoxide poisoning and would it hurt in the process if it does hurt what are better methods? asking for school

Obviously u will need to contain the carbon monoxide in an enclosed space you're in, so try letting your car engine run in your garage. There are other ways but this is the fastest I think. It doesn't hurt. Just try to go to sleep.
