need tips for skin (17yr, mtn)

I did accutane for roughly 5 months 40mg which got rid of 99% of my cystic acne and major skin problems. Now im just using a basic cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen and I cleanse once a night. However I have come to notice in certain lighting my skin looks horrible, deep scarring and slight redness all over and fine lines. What is the best protocol to solve this? Should I save for laser surgery?

id say wash ur face then apply tret/azelaic doesnt really matter when but i prefer night time
