Truth is that unless you have garbage leg genetics couple with great uppsr body genetics, youll never get big enough to look disprotionate to your leg

I train legs once a week because if you don't you'll stagnate on other lifts, can't do rows if your legs are weak, can't even do ohp if you can't squeeze your ass.

I train legs cause my upper is too big for them and they look Chicken tier
