Never use a neck brace for neck pain or facepulling

When I started facepullling, I built CopeAndRope's facepuller with a neck brace, and had worn it for 3 weeks.
the neck brace force my head in a upturned position, while the back was tilted forward in order to compensate the upturned head.
The neck brace made me stay in a terribly innatural posture: hunchbacked but with upturned head.
As results my spinal cord in the neck vertebras has been compressed and now I have been experiencing paresthesia (skin tingling) in my left hand, despite that I stopped wearing the neck brace

neck braces must be banned
