uphill interval sprints is good for legs, cardio and hormonemaxx too. i sprint 8 secs full effort and rest 30 on way to shops, uni etc

No I’m bi but transmaxing is advantageous for straight guys too. Lesbian women have it easier than straight guys in dating and in other things in life.

What do you plan to do with your midface ratio in your transmaxxing journey?

Also for the routine those rep ranges are rather low, are you prioritizing building strength over muscle hypertrophy?

Nothing. OBO is too invasive and risky.

Ego lifting is important to me. Strength now, hypertrophy later. I want to reach basic male strength milestones (such as 2-plate bench and 3-plate squat) ASAP.
