INTRODUCTION
Alright, to preface this we all know thumb pulling probably doesn't work with much efficacy unless you're a fucking toddler... but if you're not doing cope methods then are you even trying at this point?
So I've come up with a NEW AND IMPROVED method ofthumb pulling that allows you to exert more force than ever before!!1 And you don't need to use your thumbs, the only reason I incorporated the "thumb-pulling" in the title is because both these methods try to achieve the same thing
If you end up deformed from this, it's not my fault.
REQUIREMENTS
All you'll need to have for this method is:
-Two functional arms
-Some sort of strong cloth (a towel, an old shirt, cumrag, etc..)
HOW TO
1. Begin with grabbing your cloth and creating a little hump in the middle. Don't make it too big because you will later need to put it in your mouth.
2. Place the cloth on the back molars, you can guide it with the index fingers if you'd like. Make sure the hump is still present when you've placed it in your mouth.
3. Clamp your mouth down. Make sure most of the force clamping down is your molars.
4. Pull on the sides of the cloth. The hump should allow more leeway for the cloth to move. You should feel a force pulling on your face from each side.
