i probably shouldve included my anecdote in the original post. as far as the symmetry goes, thats the main reason i started using it.
i havent seen much improvement (still some) as im sure its a lot slower process.

Only thing a generic Mouthgaurd will do is align your jaws over time and help with TMJ. Reviv claims to do other stuff like expansion so idk about that but other generic Mouthgaurds simply just line up your jaws. Which is still great
