no problem, ive seen results through mouth expansion personally along with my philtrum getting some sort of rotation, literal forward growth.

i probably shouldve included my anecdote in the original post. as far as the symmetry goes, thats the main reason i started using it.
i havent seen much improvement (still some) as im sure its a lot slower process.
