I have the same issue with the small mouth/lips. The bimax alone with the nose widening is going to make it look even worse. Brutal for terrible basecels like me

Yea i dont really see where he should get filler tho, but yes the lip widening might aswell risk it. He really kind fucked around with the surgeries. Feels like he just took the standard advise, get bimax and infra snd you will be fine. But in reality most peeps need to be a bit self specfic with the surgeries
