This is my personal opinion, but at first I couldn’t even tell which one is B/A. If the later is with the nose now to the left, thats a looksmin. Other than that, the results are minimal. Ofc they will do nothing. You can see in the cat scan how severely recessed they are, hypoplasia simply means a structure isn’t developed well and is smaller than when it is which is true in his case.
