Ulna Length is said to be 97% accurate in predicting height in White men and women

now my question IS when measuring do you measure to the end the the ulna bone or to the pisiform bone

the reason this is confusing for me is because on the images below it shows you that you measure until the pisiform bone

however in writing it says styloid process (end of ulna)

it says prominent bone in the wrist however there are two prominent bones, the end of the ulna and the pisiform bone

Need an answer because this could be the difference between be being 186 or 190+ (if its correct of course)

tf i measured 26.5 cm, but my height right now is 183 cm at 16, 8 cms more than predicted with my ulna xDD
