Nicotine and herbal tea

So l went to this lady she does like witchcraft and can tell if you have any illnesses and when she finds them she will give you some herbs (went to her a couple of years ago and it does work). I went to her a couple of days ago and she found out I have some kidney problems. My idea of the cause is my usage of nicotine.

So should I just lower my usage of nicotine? Or what
