No one cares how old you are at work

Someone made a thread earlier about being over 30 and invisible to younger co workers and how their life is over . I work in fast food and most of the employees there are younger, some half my age. I can verify no one gives a damn at work. And I even see teenagers chumming it with the 60 year olds at work. It's a great equalizer where everyone is almost ageless as we are all suffering together. Now granted these younger people probably wouldn't hang out with me after work. But who cares ? Why should I care what they think anyway ? No one cares. At work you are another team member .

at my old job i was looked down for being 16 so i thinkj anything over 21 is prolly respected and ppl always asked if i was 30 i shouldve lied and said yeah tobe more massculine
