no ringing on UC (advice needed)

I recently did my fourth session of UC (ultrasonic cavitation) on my cheeks next the lips. and genuinely don't know if ANYthing is happening.
I could describe the fourth session. it was my most aggressive one. while using the uc I hear nothing. absolutely no ringing, don't know why.
It does vaporize water tho, I use the mini freyara 40k one.

Do you guys think it's working. for debloat I usually don't do anything just drinking lotta water and guasha everyday.
