nomexistent premolar

seversl months ago, when i was 13 i got my baby premolar extracted because it irritated my gums because it was clingling on my gums since there was no root or adult teeth coming in, and now theres like a centimeter of space left and it was my second top right premolar and i only have 3 premolars. am i just stressung over shit or is it brutal. what can i do because there is barely space for fillings and i can only get it at 18, i also have gapping and some other bs. ill link pictures of my pallate and my teeth in different angles

My dads an implantologist and he'd tell you to get a dental implant ... and so would I. More expensive than alternatives but with time u will suffer bone loss from this issue. After the implant install you'd also need braces

i cant get an implant i would have to wait till 18 and the gap is closing
