All they did in this study was looking at people who ate more fiber and then looking at people who ate less fiber to see who has an increased risk of cancer. This is just correlation, not causation. I called it earlier (as seen in my last reply), that someone would bring up epidemiology, which is absolutely laughable.

The people here, who ate less fiber, are not carnivores. These are often obese people who eat modern grain sludge diets consisting of processed dog shit wrenched in seed oils and sugar. Yet again, this is not proof against the carnivore diet whatsoever. Epidemiology is not science, as it doesn't account for other variables.

Vitamin e (primarily an antioxidant) + antioxidants you don't need as much of, as you have no oxidative stress on the carnivore diet, I keep repeating myself. If you make your arguments without addressing my counterarguments I presented earlier, it just seems desperate.

Vitamin K? Vitamin K2 is much better than vitamin k1 for blood clotting and calcium regulation. Shot yourself in the knee with this one.

Magnesium you require less of, as you have less inflammation because you don't eat carbs. Besides, there are no antinutrients in meat which means you get more of the vitamins' percentage wise anyway.

Since we are only talking to a. Health standpoint, i've already said that meat is a great food, that i think is better that plant based ones. But only eating meat, especially RAW, can lead to digestive issues and compromised gut bacteria health. You should have a balanced diet.
