am I the only one who constantly talks to myself? when I'm alone I don't think my thoughts but I say them out loud to myself sometimes I even make speeches alone in my room, i imagine and respond to an interview i constantly have a false situation in my mind

I'd say normal. I do the same and I wouldnt consider me schizo, although I have very very limited social interactions. In some aspect everyone does this I'd imagine.

I'm the only sane man on this horrid planet I think.
Maybe there are a few other believers but as of current thoughts and signs.
Mankind is beyond saving.
