Ok so is it me... or does anyone ever notice, that like in every single country and every single nationality/ethnic group, the northern variation of that ethnic group, tends to have more taller, masculine, stronger features, tend to be of lighter complexion and pigment, and then the southern variation of the ethnic group, tend to be smaller, more softer/femnine, soft featured, and tend to be of a darker complexion pigment.
NOW BEFORE YOU SAY THIS IS AN ETHNIC/NON-WHITE THING, this also happens in european countries.
Take germany for example. Northern germans tend be more stereotypically "nordic" looking with lighter blonde hair and blue eyes, taller, while southern germans tend be stereotypically shorter, stockier, dirty blonde/brunette hair, darker brown and green eyes.
Northern italians, tend be lighter skinned, with brunette hair and light eyes, and resemble other central europeans, but southern italians tend be tanned/olive skinned, dark brunette if not even black haired, and brown eyes, and can resemble west asians/middle easteners from the levant
Northernish and western slavs (like poles, belarussians, czechs,slovaks, russians) tend to be much paler and have higher rates of blonde hair and blue eyes but
Balkan/southern slavs tend to be darker/tanner, and have brunette hair and brown eyes/green eyes
Northern spaniards tend to resemble more western europeans like french people and have higher rates of light brunette hair and blue eyes, and lighter skin
Southern spaniards are darker, browner, with dark brunette hair, and literally can resemble north africans lmao.
These are just some examples of this happening in white people
But here are some examples of this ethnic countries
Obviously first of all, stereotypical north indians are light brown to brown with more "caucasian" features, where as stereotypical south indians range from brown to dark brown to even black, and have abo-influenced like features such as wider noses and deeper set hunter eyes.
