Definitly use ketoconazole shampoo 2% twice a week or every other day if you have 1%. add dermarolling, you can also add tretinoin/retin a 0.01% (or 0.02% but then use it everyother day). Dermarolling + minoxidil + tretinoin 0.01-0.02% is quite safe and strong regime if you want to stay away from antiandrogens. Also GHK-Cu or AHK-Cu 1% peptide, valproic acid 7%, and as and antiandrogen I would start with Ru58841 but not everyone react to it well...

I think lack of morning wood is significant in that it's fairly conclusive proof that it's not a mental problem but a physical one caused by the drug.

Some people say the erection issue is all in your head, but it's very hard to argue that lack of morning wood is a nocebo.

If you don't have morning wood there's a very good chance it will also start to affect your sex life.

I'll post my recommendation and results from research as I go.

Finasteride 1mg like 4 times per week, liquid minox applied on hair line/thinning area before bed and derminator 2 microneedling every now and then

have had great success with these. I am aware that if I stop using minox the hair will fall out, but I am willing to use it for 10+ years until something better is released

There's a theory that scalp calcification is one of the culprits of balding and that it causes inflammation which then ties into androgen's being released in the scalp, causing hair loss. I think it doesn't do much but stimulating the scalp may help with the "good" inflammation you need to regrow hairs and increase bloodflow to the scalp. It doesn't detract from my day at all so why not?
