Hear u. Just taking the multi just in case. The supps I mentioned are very cheap tbf tho. Only things I 100% rec would be mag glycinate, dha, astaxthin, carnosic acid

Does this stack actually help you talk to girls more easily and think faster? Maybe a little—TAK-653 and Semax might sharpen focus and verbal fluency, and less anxiety (if Selank works for you) could help in conversations. But let’s be honest no pill replaces real social practice. If your brain feels quicker, it’s probably the dopamine tweaks from Bromantane or the ADHD meds withdrawal settling. But IQ? Charisma? That’s not in a peptide vial.
And yeah, the face pic matters more than any of this. Confidence > chemistry. Still, if you feel sharper, roll with it -just don’t expect a Limitless pill.

But imo using a neurotrophic drug like ACD/or dihexa, combined with pregabalin to really limit amygdala activity. And cold approaching/exposure therapy really could really change people who struggle talking to girls/others. Very possible cure for people with ptsd/abused dog syndrome

Personally I really want to try psychedelics as well to potentially make my very overactive amygdala less active. But need to be in a better headspace for that than currently

right now your job is simple but not easy: train hard, eat clean, sleep deep and actually talk to real people instead of theorizing about it online. your brain's still developing its final wiring and flooding it with experimental compounds is how you end up with permanent dysregulation. come back in a few years when your growth plates fuse and your prefrontal cortex finishes loading. until then the best stack is consistency and patience.

Remove the berberine and tudca really useless

Switch the Coq10 with Ubiquinol and increase the dose to 1g if you wanna see impressive results
Increase the bpc157 and tb500 dose
Don’t use multivitamins you aint gonna absorb shit from them
Also shave the moustache and stop try to get a more neutral expression of your face youll loke much better trust
Try to also shape your brows to make them more positively tilted and dye your hair in black
Take spironolactone instead of lasix
And drop the lgd and replace it with primo

And add shit like modafinil or adderal

mirin will run a very similar stack +/- some noots over the summer GL
 
im pretty sure the tolerance build up to disp is pretty quick so i dont think it would be a good idea to use long term

what would you recommend for sleep ? i have been sleeping 11-8 but the amount i get is 7hrs and its pretty restless. Also i saw you recommend spiro but isnt it an anti androgen why would you run that? I have neck acne and i have seen it mentioned alot on reddit so if i can use it for test bloat and acne then thats a win but i want to know about the antiandrogens.
