anyway I can fix my nose its straight but its tip is slightly down

Rhinoplasty is the only way to fix that, they typically don't operate until 18

your nose is cartilage its not gonna change drastically because of puberty. yes the only thing that will work is rinoplasty. if you nose is slightly big i would recommend isotretinoin.
