Nose shrinking

I want to try xnj nose shrinking but I saw orc posted something about how taking these topical steroids can fk shi up. anyone have some ideas on this.

Alarplasty/ nostril reduction helps. Haven’t heard that lipolab or smth else fucks u up though

There's a slim chance that your nose is bloated due to high bodyfat around that area. Maybe doing some regular exercises plus low calorie diet might help.

yeah mate, i was gonna make an update on the guide after extensive research in that regard. to avoid any kind of dependency/withdrawals, use tret and hydrocortisone for 1-3 weeks, then just stop. this should do the job and be more or less permanent too.

I ran the cycle with just 1% HC for 5 days but nothing happened so I decided to stop.

yeah, it only works for some cases, but you also didnt use it for long enough. either way, i still strongly recommend you try what i suggested for best results.
