Nose surgery 5 months post-op (mainly for asymmetry). Does it look better than before? (I know its not perfect and I'll likely get revision next year)

Took a look through your account. Honestly the bald look is possible, (I would still suggest try saving it). You would probably benefit the most from getting a dramatic physique change, stay consistent in the gym and on your diet. Roid or dont, do whatever you have to do. Shave the body hair too. Changing up what is likely a poor diet would help you the most. You are what you eat.

If you're against anabolic steroid usage (which is completely justified and likely unnecessary if you are willing to put in more time and effort, then do consider GLP-1's such as Retatrutide, that would probably do the most out of anything else I could suggest you.

Your lower third is obviously weak but you would always benefit from getting lean and growing masseter muscles. Your dedication and commitment to improving your appearance is the only thing that would help you. No point in venting about it.

Personally would suggest you move to dutasteride. KX-286 and oral minoxidil are also great. Hair loss is a rough one, make sure you arent dealing with seborrheic dermatitis.

Thank you for trying to help me and looking at my account. And yeah, my lower third is quite yikes due to my excessive mouthbreathing as a kid. For now though, I am just wearing hair systems. I don't really know if it is possible to get the type of hair I want (ideally I want dreadlocks or at least long hair, specifically to nichemaxx towards hippie/boho girls, as I don't care about mainstream girls at all).

Also when it comes to dieting, I've been on a Paleo Plus diet for around 1-2 months so far, dropped from 80.2kg down to around 76.2kg.

But basically, my main 4 worries are in order of importance to me: Hairloss, chin, bodyfat, nose. I don't really give too much of a fuck about my bone structure; as long as I can fix my 4 main failos I'll be happy
