NOSE THINNING

I used hydrocortisone a tube finished over a month ish every day i saw meh results no side effects so i bought betamethasone valerate. and im currently using tret 0.05 % and Oxymetazoline for some PIE marks on my nose too. how should i use it ? how long, when to apply, what to take care of and what to worry about. also there's 1 pimple on my nose thats drying up can i apply that on it ? my tret purge js finishing. lmk
