That little thing of skin, if removed, will make my philtrum too long. I don’t want it to be removed, but I’m scared it may have to be.
So here’s my question? If I just have my hump and droopy tip worked on, would the surgeon have to touch this area? I’m okay with the projection of the of the nose, but getting my tip getting “un-drooped” is something I need.
Does the surgeon have to touch this area if he works on the tip and bridge?
