Serious [NOSECELS GTFIH] I have a tension tip but don’t want it removed

That little thing of skin, if removed, will make my philtrum too long. I don’t want it to be removed, but I’m scared it may have to be.

So here’s my question? If I just have my hump and droopy tip worked on, would the surgeon have to touch this area? I’m okay with the projection of the of the nose, but getting my tip getting “un-drooped” is something I need.

Does the surgeon have to touch this area if he works on the tip and bridge?

Your nose tip is quite similar to mine before I got it fixed actually, although your bridge is worse. Here’s before and after for me. The surgeon didn’t go near that part as far as I can tell.

he might actually be able to make your philtrum "shorter" by putting a septal graft there. my nose had a really droopy tip cuz lack of columnar support so he needed to project it more with a graft

one issue though would be if he did what i said, your nostrils might still be a bit highset relatively so idk idk
