I’ve regularly dropped water weight 3-4 days before special events, the diet was very boring n dull which was low sodium n carbs, I started adding in 100g cashew nuts and tinned tomatoes and my weight drops as normal but my face doesn’t look as defined so not sure what the reason could be?

I’ve been looking at a possible nut allergy? Too much fat consumption?

Or the chopped tomatoes? The can says they only have 0.2g salt in which is good but is there a possibility their can be hidden sodium in the can? Such as they don’t have to say how much is in the sauce?

Anyone had any experiences? Or I should just call it agepill idk?

That's enough to bulk and you're talking about cutting, JFL.

Cut the cashews. Toxic as shit. The rest looks okay.

Food in general will bloat your face

Toxic in what way? I have the unsalted version if that matters?
High oxalate and omega 6 content. Poor nutrient density relative to caloric intake. Quite inflammatory.

Not saying they're the worse but you'd be better off with either more fruits or more animal based fats. Id also pick any simple carbs like potato / rice over those.

I would not trust the salt content from the label. I assume they put much more than that.

Yes. And for everything you can find in a tin or a jar
Yeah I thought that too, people always say stay away from tinned shit due to salt content but for some reason these cheap tinned tomatoes claim 0 salt… Ima stay away from them now 👍
