Implants could technically give us good results, but at the expense of having to avoid fights, life-long risk of infection and accelerated bone erosion.

FIllers don't give so good results, but they could be an improvement.

Osteotomies on the other hand...

The problem with osteotomies is that they can't add much mass on your cheekbones, so the results are usually underwhelming.

Some people here claim that MSE can widen the zygos but we have no concrete proof.

ok i did some more research, MSE is cope for cheekbones, will just get Sarpe and infraorbital- malar implants. Do you have a list of surgeons for infra-orbital rim implants?

Implants, fillers are much more expensive in the long term as they cant be self injected due to those being high risk zones. Getting a mod lef 3 for only the infraorbitals ridiculous, and I havent heard of anyone since that guy on Jawsurgeryforums getting it.

Custom implants. Be extremely careful with the design because even 1 millimeter can fuck your cheekbones.

Mfl3 is specifically for the orbital and malar area and is less dangerous than one would presume but yea, haven’t heard of anyone since Earl from jsf going thru w it.
