How many pills you guys take of omega 3 per day?

I just received my jar of 1000 pills but i am not sure how many should i take.. some say 2 pills only..some say atleast 6-7...

I take 2pills because i eat lot of eggs and i use olive oil so i dont need more. I think 3/4 is the sweet spot of you dont eat much egg or fish or olive oil

How much omega 3 is in a pill?

I take 1 pill (640 mg) on the days I eat fish and 2 pills on the days I don't eat fish.
