Omega-6 is worse than sugar for skin

I think in my experience and from viewing the results of others, omega-6 is worse for skin quality (inflammation, acne) than consuming sugar. Ideally you won't consume much of either.

FOODS TO AVOID:
  • Soybean oil, corn oil, sunflower oil, and safflower oil (these are particularly high)
  • Mayonnaise and salad dressings made with these oils
  • Walnuts, sunflower seeds, pine nuts, and pumpkin seeds
  • Peanuts and peanut butter
  • Tofu and soybeans

If you consume sugar ideally it should contain minimal fructose or HFCS. Naturally most sweet foods contain sucrose which is 50/50 glucose/fructose, however milk (lactose) is a sugar without any fructose meaning it is actually one of the best sugars adding to the ideal features of milk.
