Hello all , i went to an ortho theyre giving me a hyrax, if it doesnt work then i think they will go to sarpe, they dont offer marpe. The ortho was also talking about lower jaw surgery, is that enough or do I need double? I just want to be mtn,
My current plan is expand, accutane, get lean, lower jaw, braces or Invisalign, and maybe a nose job my main question is lower jaw going to cook me? Should I get bimax? My airways already fucked

LARP that you can't breath and your tongue doesn't fit in your mouth. Tell them that you have problems with biting your tongue and swallowing . I'm not a doctor but he will definitely see that your pallet is way to narrow. Do you live in a country with healthcare?
