Matcha tea, it's basically green tea on steroids.

- good for anxiety, concentration, memory, depression
- increases fat burn/metabolism (helps you being leaner noticeably)
- makes your skin better
- better digestion (less bloat, more energy etc.)

not placebo, ive experienced all benefits first hand (I drank it every day during I lost 30kg body fat over course of 1y). I use it now to complement ritalin(psycho-stimulant) and make myself calm/relaxed, while being extremely focused

try it

ps. use bamboo whisk shit to help oxygenation process with water

Dosage for optimal results? Also how much you should consume it on day if you use capsules?

I drink one teaspoon worth of powder with water in the morning and directly before workout (using bamboo whisk to mix it well). I haven't tried capsules, but could work if the bio-avability is good. I'm a bit skeptic with capsules, cause a lot of supplements simply don't absorb as well as from real food.

Great for fatfucks. Bad for skinny niggas

it's not optimal if your sole purpose is to gain weight by any cost, but it helps anyone burn fat cells at healthy bf% (while maintaining muscle given proper stimulii & protein consumption)
