Having this complex where you're constantly anxious if you're lifting enough during your cut or getting in enough protein to not lose muscle mass, which complicates the entire thing and makes you eat 24/7 (due to high volume) and count your macros like a retard
I have this approach that's a little destructive but imo more efficient
Forget about your muscles period. Having a lean chiseled face is EVERYTHING. Get 80 grams of protein in and if you're 20%, you can go up to a 1k deficit and it won't be unhealthy. Completely forget about this anxiety and sacrifice whatever muscle loss you're gonna lose during the cut without caring
No weightlifting (extra cortisol for no reason, low intensity cardio only)
if you're so low T that your body is gonna let go of your muscle mass because you're on a deficit, you're most likely losing intramuscular fluff AKA sugar water

After you're done cutting, start a clean slate of lean bulking with like 100 calories
