In a study they showed that 5 mg Dbol was replacement dose
And 15 mg was like trt
Even if the study are kinda sketchy cause only the testosterone was lowered in doses of Dbol up to 100 mg while lh and fsh stayed the same which is kinda weird
Also their is someone on reedit who writed about how athletes used Tbol year around at random ass days and got no suppression whatever

You're doing something wrong if you trained, dieted well and didn't see any improvement in physique from 15 to 16.
You're at peak puberty - even without training, you should see improvements in your physique.
I'm not super familiar with steroids so can't comment on if your cycle is ideal or not but there's definitely some other stuff you still need to explore beforehand.

Do not exceed 5mg of lgd without a testosterone base and anavar wont keep most of your gains because youll have to cycle on and off it also pretty good cycle tho
