17 (06), 5’10, 225~

I’m wondering what I can do to improve my body and face. I play American Football so I’m always weight lifting and running, in the mornings I take Krill Oil, Creatine, D3, Magnesium, B12, Ashwanghanda, Tong Kat, and this other supplement I forgot the name of.

I drink a lot of water, and I’ve been trying to deficit.

What more can I do to improve my looks as well as physical structure, I do want to go far with Football, any and all tips asked of.

1. go on a calorie deficit while maintaining sports/weightlifting , you’ll lose your face fat and overall be lean asf with muscle which will look sick- this is easy but takes time to ensure you don’t lose too much muscle, try to keep up your protein intakes

5'10 225 is wild, I can understand a lot of it is muscle but you probably have heaps on fat, go on a caloric deficit get lean as fuck and you will ascend, just simply leanmaxx and do not starve yourself as it is only good short term, just go on a stable deficit and get hollow cheeks and you can easily become a 8/10
