Maybe I’ve just leaned out more but I used to hit my zygos now and then last year, I don’t do it anymore but my zygos appear larger and more defined, and I’ve not hit them in months now so it’s not swelling. But it’s not a drastic different so it’s not gonna do that much if ur zygos aren’t already decent

There was a really good thread on bonesmashing i cant find it now, but it mentioned subperiosteal hematomas DYOR but its from trauma (hitting) so who rlly knows. Wolfs law in 2026 is outdated
