Optimal and average bidelt to height ratio?

what is considered a good bidelt to height ratio? Obviously the wider the better but at what point would you say is pretty solid? Asking for prefers tracking reasons as I’m getting into the gym more. Rn i have 20 inch bidelt and im 6’3

At 6'3 20 width is already pretty solid but roughly 21 22 would be better

Read my thread abt bidelt bidelt isn’t total shoulder to shoulder width you should ideally go to shoulder head in a natural posture. At 6’3 a bidelt of 20 inches is slightly above avg maybe half an inch

Here’s an ex of a lean male with a 21 bidelt. Ideal is 25% but 28 looks better imo

Avg is 18 inches my guy at 22 inches you’re 4 inches wider than a fully grown adult
