Optimal anstrozole dosing?

Whats the most optimal dosing i see people keep arguing whatever is the best for delaying growth plate fusion. And is cutting 1mg in half for 0.5mg wrong will anything be affected? Also what should my E2 level be at so my growth plate stay open for longer without crashing it.
