Orthodontic bolt

I'm 15 yo since I'm missing one tooth since I was born he put a bolt for future tooth implant to be there, when i ask him about the MRI we took he said my maxilla and my mandibular is almost fused ,told me that it's 1mm growth more maximum , so since it's almost fuse to do think I should take hgh just to maximize the growth before it's fused and do you think that's the implant is a bad idea for my growth

hgh wont do much, MARPE and Headgear ASAP if your face is narrow or not projected

Well he told me my upper palate is Ok and I don't need a marpe, when I asked if I'm recessed he said why do u wanna have this forward maxilla he said my skull is beautiful, idk he won't give me headgear , marpe isn't needed, I wanted expansion on my lower palate initially, and he said yes we will expand it
