So i need some answers as I don't have a lot of forward growth, so I searched up how to naturally get more of it, Google had told me to look into an orthodontic mask, but what that does is it pushes off of your forehead and chin and pulls your maxilla (or that part of your face), but the problem with that is I have an overbite, it is only an aesthetic matter and doesnt affect me health wise, but I was wondering if its worth making my overbite worse for more forward growth and just jutting to make my mandible look correct or just leaving it and see if I get more growth overtime. Hopefully ive explained that well enough for people to understand.

Could you post a picture of your side profile to give you more accurate advice? It's generally not a good idea to worsen an overbite, specially if you're older as you'll end up having to get surgery for it (like what I'm going to be doing).
