orthodontics treatment

my nose started getting crooked a bit, ive been on an orthodontics treatment for 2 years, this is very recent. I have invisalign and elastics pulling my upper jaw or teeth idk backwards so it can fit well with my recessed mandible and the invisalign helps with teeth alignment. At the start of the treatment i had the option to choose a mandibular surgery at the end of the 2 year process or do a treatment with no surgery ( what i chose ) by pulling the upper jaw/teeth backwards

Am i cooked ? Also i havent been wearing my elastics for 2 weeks to see if that was causing the problem and it was for a fact the reason since my nose started going back to normal

What it sound like is you started with a recessed mandible ( Lower Jaw) and a average or prominent maxilla (Upper Jaw) and to align your teeth or what not you chose to pull the maxilla backwards rather than bringing the mandible forwards.
This causes your mandible and maxilla to be proportional with them both being recessed

A crooked nose is often times a sign of a recessed maxilla and since you purposely recessed yours it makes sense that your nose starts to become more crooked

I havent worn my elastics for about 2 weeks and it seems my nose is starting to be less crooked, does that mean the maxilla is still movable at 16

In 2 weeks there will be no noticeable change regardless likely it was a temporary effect of the elastics that dosent acc make you nose more crooked but just makes it appear that way

so once my maxilla is moved back, theres no way to fix it ? Also would u take a look at my side

Depends what you mean by “change it” at 16 you can only change your maxilla through ortho ( which you are already doing ) or surgery later on

well i have a feeling that its recessed id like to know if its possible to restore it to how it was before withouth surgery

You are purposely using orthodontics to pull it bank to match your mandible, so unless you utilize ortho to reverse the process (which there isint much of a point in doing) you can’t just reverse it best option is just to get a bimax to fix both the mandible and maxilla later on
