Seeing an orthodontist on the 24th. He's In the 99th percentile for orthodontics so hopefully he's blackpilled. I've never had braces because I did not have any crowding. 50mm palate. I do have minor gaps at upper lateral incisors, but I don't believe fixing that with invisalign would cause any recession.
The real question is, could invisalign cause a forward advancement on my bottom right side without causing recession on the bottom left? The levels of forward growth are different and the width is also asymmetric between sides causing a cross bite and developing TMJ.
Hoping to avoid orthognathic surgery at all costs so any appliance suggestion is appreciated.
