Orthodontist appointment

In Friday I got an appointment. What should I lato about so I could reassure more for tha bimax. I have a recessed maxilla, there is a small gap between the lower and upper teeths where my tongue can stick out a little bit. Like only 1-2 mm max os the point of the tongue. Also I get tired very fast and I have apnea. I’m also gonna say that my jaw sometimes hurts and it’s tense all the time. Or should I just say it hurts a little bit but it’s always there the pain. What now should I say or is this good
