So if we say the 2nd pic is a 5/10 my first pic is a 2.5/10 which makes complete sense as even a bald woman with cancer (and fake eyebrows) rated me a 3

Depends if you still have baby hairs around your temple or if it’s completely regressed.

5% minoxidil solution or 0.5-1mg oral minoxidil. I like oral because it’s less of a hassle easier to use and topical minoxidil is kinda greasy and weighs you hair down + you have to apply it twice a day. You can buy 5mg minoxidil pills online and get a pill splitter to cut it into 1.25 mg quarters

finasteride 1mg a day

microneedling once a week 1-1.5mm with a roller, do not apply minoxidil on the day you needle
