For me:
Vitamin E - measurably reduces prolactin levels in blood work, is an antioxidant and good for helping the liver when on steroids.
Vitamin P5P - measurably reduces prolactin levels in blood work.
NAC - antioxidant, protects liver and other organs, can reduce acne.
Fish oil - Helps keep cholesterol levels healthy.
Caffeine - suppresses appetite, gives energy for cardio. Good for leanmaxxing.
Yohimbine - good paired with fasted cardio for losing fat
Ephedrine - appetite suppressant
Baby aspirin - lower blood pressure, helps burn fat.
Ashwagandha - this is a maybe for me, seemed to lower anxiety but it's hard to say.

Had 5 today after my cardio. Parents own over 100 free range chickens.
Been eating 4 eggs a day for 3-4 days trying to sodiuminmax, I heard once you start eating more than 4 yolks a day is when you can get cholesterol problems

Consuming dietary cholesterol does not negatively impact blood cholesterol levels, that is a myth. Eat all the egg yolks you want.

Usually never use it so I probably have a high sensitivity but 200mg in the morning has been great for supressing my appetite.

Glucosamine.
It helps you maintain more of your morning height. The height you "gain" from it depends on how much your spine compresses through the day. It could range from 0'5cm to 1'5cm in extreme cases. And it is cheap as fuck, less than 40€ for an entire year supply

That's a myth (((they))) tell you. I eat 7 eggs a day and drink egg whites as my milk replacement.
creatine - shit works

creatine is 100% cope. All it does it convert ADP to ATP so basically you get a placebo energy boost but at the cost of a bloated face since it holds water. At that point just intake caffeine like a real nigga but be careful you don't build up a tolerance.
