If I were to go back to my teenage days, I will do an Animal Based Diet where I eat tons of fruit, starch and meat and just load up on calories, maybe i will be 188cm instead of 182cm now.

Might be something to it. I was a fat kid until age 15, ate a ton of sugar/goyslop and ended up 6’1 with parents that are 5’7-5’8 and 5’3.
 
my little brother who has eaten nothing but takis and drpepper his entire life is 5'7 at 13 while my cuck ass eating healthy home-cooked meals turned out 4'10 at 13


both of my younger siblings are expected to be 3 to 5 inches taller then me, I'm 5'11💔

Very insightful thread. Thought I'd need to cut down on carbs but this makes a ton sense. Any importance to wether the carbs are more fast-acting (e.g. fruits, honey) or not (bread, pasta)?

im short and im 20 yo im not gonna grow so im gonna stick with low carb diet anyway, stucked at this shit height
 
this kinda makes sense, my older brother ate like pure shit during puberty and is 190cm, where as me im only 170cm cuz i heavily restricted carbs
