i should just pretend to be part italian. i'm white latino so maybe i could pass. but honestly i haven't seen any really good cases like mine from him (with long face and retruded mandible on a male)

depends on your case we need to see your face to assess the situation but I would say for rhino raffaini wins he has crazy results on women i guess he could also get crazy results on men pagnoni has a proven trackrecord here that he does good implants

Pagnoni mogs unless you need a rhino. His wedge cut genio and jaw widening are more in line with what you want out of surgery.

24k for bimax + genio and 4K for each implant after. So it would be 32k for bimax + genio + supra and infra

what i meant in my comment was that zygos and infraorbitals are often done together as a single implant right?

but yeah it's a good investment, most surgeons don't charge less than that though so i wouldn't say it's THAT expensive

If there’s no issue with jaw shape it achieves the same result an implant would. But if your ramus is too short and you have inward gonions then you’d still need jaw angle implants to achieve ideal shape.
